Abstract Funding Acknowledgements Type of funding sources: Other. Main source(s): Shaanxi Provincial Key Research and Development Projects (2019SF-218) Background Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress played an essential role in the development progression HF due to it could induce cardiomyocyte apoptosis, ATF6/CHOP was regulated by NADPH ROS crucial pathway link ER apoptosis HF. Our previous study indicated that ECH reversed cardiac remodeling improves heart function, but underlying mechanisms are still unclear. Objectives To investigate effect on endoplasmic mechanisms. Methods In vitro, we cultured AC-16 cells induced cell damage ISO, treated ECH, biomarkers (GRP78, ATF6α, IRE1α, PERK) were detected. vivo, rat model ISO indexes NADPH/ROS/ATF6/CHOP measured. Results confirmed inhibited apoptosis. demonstrated improved significantly decreased GRP78, PERK, down-regulated pathway. Conclusions function via suppressing associated stress.

Lactobacillus Paracasei Has Anti-Inflammatory Effect on the Heart Failure Induced by Isoproterenol in Rats
Background: Heart failure (HF) has become one of the most prevalent cardiovascular problems worldwide. Considering the beneficial effects of probiotics on human health, we aimed to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of oral administration of Lactobacillus paracasei in HF induced by isoproterenol. Methods: Forty Wistar male rats weighing 80g on average were randomly assigned to five grou...
متن کاملInvolvement of endoplasmic reticulum stress-associated apoptosis in a heart failure model induced by chronic myocardial ischemia.
Apoptosis plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of chronic myocardial ischemia (CMI) and heart failure (HF). Endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) is one of the newly defined signaling pathways which initiate apoptosis. Previous studies have shown that ERS-associated apoptosis is involved in the pathogenesis of HF induced by pressure-overload and acute myocardial infarction. Also, in vitro exp...
متن کاملCardiomyocyte apoptosis in autoimmune cardiomyopathy: mediated via endoplasmic reticulum stress and exaggerated by norepinephrine.
Evidence suggests that the autoimmune cardiomyopathy produced by a peptide corresponding to the sequence of the second extracellular loop of the beta(1)-adrenergic receptor (beta(1)-EC(II)) is mediated via a biologically active anti-beta(1)-EC(II) antibody, but the mechanism linking the antibody to myocyte apoptosis and cardiac dysfunction has not been well elucidated. Since the beta(1)-EC(II) ...
متن کاملEndoplasmic reticulum stress in the heart.
Over the last decade, it has become clear that the accumulation of misfolded proteins contributes to a number of neurodegenerative, immune, and endocrine pathologies, as well as other age-related illnesses. Recent interest has focused on the possibility that the accumulation of misfolded proteins can also contribute to vascular and cardiac diseases. In large part, the misfolding of proteins tak...
متن کاملEndoplasmic reticulum stress regulates inflammation in adipocyte of obese rats via toll-like receptors 4 signaling
Objective(s): To explore whether endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress regulates inflammation in adipose tissue of obese rats via TLR4 signaling. Materials and Methods: Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups, and body weight, food intake, and free fatty acids (FFA) were measured. Real-time PCR and Western blot were used to determine mRNA or protein expression of TLR4, TRAF6, IKK...
